Skylum Support has been excellent – prompt with reassuring suggested fixes. It will save time, frustration and will not crash your system. While many Luminar AI “fixes” are recommended on community forums, I suggest using Skylum Support in the first instance. There are so many new and older configurations of hardware, drivers, operating systems and potential conflicting programs, that inevitably a new software will not install properly. There was such a long list of potential “conflicts” causing my problem, that only experts in Luminar AI could really help in a way that resolved the problem without crashing my system. I consider myself an experienced PC User (WIN10), and was not able to fix my problem. My existing programs all worked fine and my PC Health Check was Good. system requirements and WIN10 and my virus checker were up to date. With Skylum Support I updated the OEM display drivers with the latest INTEL drivers, and it worked fine.
